Also, the decision of USA about readiness for dialog with Iran on the basis of mutual interests and respect to each other was announced by B. Obama.

Concerning the nuclear weapons case, interesting offer was done by Nazarbayev, which in turn was supported by Iranian President. So, suggestion was the next: “If the bank of nuclear fuel will be built in the world, Kazakhstan takes into consideration the opportunities to allocate this construction on his territory as the country that signed the treaty of nuclear non-proliferation and voluntarily departed from the use of nuclear weapons.”

HELLO PEOPLE!
I WANT TO COMPARE A SOCIAL NETWORK VCONTACTE.RU (OR FACEBOOK, WHATEVER) AND MY WEBLOGS.
FIRST OF ALL, I WROTE “EASIER”… WHY? JUST BECAUSE NOBODY LEARNS ME ABOUT HOW TO DO THIS, HOW TO REGISTER, ETC. A SOCIAL NETWORK NEEDS LESS TIME TO DISCOVER IT. OF COURSE, AFTER SOME TIME, WHEN WEBLOG BECOME THE USUAL THING IN DAYLY LIFE, IT SEEMS EASY. BUT I TALK ABOUT VERY FIRST INTRODUCTION. I REMEMBER, HOW MANY LESSONS WE CREATED OWN BLOG ON NITs CLASSES, LOADING PICTURES, CREATING FIRST POSTS, and COMMENTING EACH OTHER’S BLOGS!
I THINK, DIFFICULTIES HAPPENS BECAUSE IN KAZAKHSTAN WEBLOGS ARE NOT SO POPULAR, SOMEBODY EVEN DO NOT KNOW WHAT BLOG IS! NOW IT JUST APPEARS!
POPULAR AND PREVALENT… THIS IS A CONSEQUENCE OF EASY USE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS AND UNKNOWING OF BLOGS ! VCONTACTE.RU SITE IS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND, SEND MESSAGES, COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE, ETC.
HOWEVER, I THINK THAT SOCIAL NETWORKS AND WEBLOGS HAVE THEIR OWN GOOD AND BAD SIDES. WEBLOG IS WIDER IN THE INTERESTS, DEEPER IN SOME CASES I CAN SAY. I MEAN, PEOPLE WHO USE IT CAN EXPRESS LOTS OF their THOUGHTS, EVEN BIG ARTICLES, PUBLISHING IT ON THE BLOG AND FIND MANY LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE.
Thank you!
See u!
